法鼓山點光明燈

春節期間，許多人會前往廟宇點光明燈，祈求來年能平安順利，當然剛成立工作室的我，不免俗的前往金山的法鼓山點盞光明燈，祈求璃澐能順利平安的發展。在法鼓山的祈願觀音殿右側，有一抽籤處，需默念〝南無觀世音菩薩〞十遍後，再取出心中默念的籤櫃中之籤詩，當取出籤詩時，正是現階段的我最需要的勉勵。
肯定自己的優點是自信
了解自己的缺點是成長
善解他人的立場是尊重
的確，現階段的我在肯定自己、了解自己與善解他人士是最需要加強與成長的部分。公司屬草創期，在產品的設計上、客戶的開發、行銷策略訂定等，所有的一切營運方針都需要自己去決定，最需要的是自信，肯定自己，才能不停的往前進步。就針對產品設計上而言，當畫了設計草圖後，就又會反覆的思索，如此的設計會不會被消費者所接受、有沒有符合消費者需求、美感部分夠不夠、有沒有設計感…等。這些也許是自己不夠肯定自己的優點，往往需要經銷商、消費者的認同後才得到肯定，我應該更肯定自己、相信自己是有能力設計出符合消費者需求的商品，才會一直不斷的有新產品產生。
當然，也不能過分的自信，也必須靜下來看看自己的缺點、了解自己的缺點，才不自於自傲、自負，傾聽他人的意見、吸收他人的不同見解，才得以成長。更需要的是尊重他人、善解他人的立場才得以圓滿。自勉之…
